Devotional Song: ... GO TO THIS LINK ...  Please take the time to take in song and lyrics from Laurie London singing … He’s Got  the Whole World In His Hands … poignantly and powerful singing of how our God has everything we see and experience in HIs control.

All in His hands ...

==============

Highlight Passage: … Job 38:19 [NLT] …

19 Where does light come from, and where does darkness go?

… God shows that He - the LORD - is in control of even the light an the darkness.

Highlight Passage (Context): … Job 38:4-21 [NLT] …  USE THIS LINK …

… God reveals - CLEARLY - to Job that He, the LORD, is in control of everything we see and experience in life.

===============                                                                     .

Reference Passage: … Genesis 1:1 [NLT] …

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

  In the beginning GOD!!!

Reference Passage: … Psalm 19:1 [NLT] …

The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display His craftsmanship.

  King David sings of God’s handiwork on display in the heavens above.

Reference Passage: … John 1:3 [NLT] …

God created everything through Him, and nothing was created except thru Him.

  God, thru John, reveals that everything was created by our Lord, King Jesus.

Reference Passage: … Romans 1:20 [NLT] …

20 For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see His invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God..

  The Apostle Paul teaches fellow Christians the truth about God’s creation of everything we see.

Reference Passage: … Colossians 1:15-16 [NLT] … USE THIS LINK …

  Again, God, thru the Apostle Paul, shows all Christians the reality of God being in control of all HE has created.

My Devotional JournalToday's ur Daily Bread author, Mike Wittmer … AT THIS LINK    ells of William Shatner, the actor who played Captain Kirk in the Star Trek TV series, who was able to travel into space and was overwhelmed by experiencing the wondrous beauty of going from the light of earth into the darkness of outer space.

And likely so would we, … and so SHOULD we, … as we simply look up into the darkness of a clear night sky, seeing the heavens above … just as King David wrote in Psalm 19:1.  Or we have no excuse to deny there is a creator God by simply looking around to see all God has created (see Romans 1:20).   Because, as the Apostle Paul wrote and taught his fellow Christians (see Colossians 1:15-16) , our God created all we see, and EVERYTHING we experience, for His glory.

And I pray everyone reading here with me has experienced what Job felt and wrote (see Highlight passage)) … that our God is in control of EVERYTHING He created.   And so, … as the old linked song sings, … as children of our Creator God, …will you share a resounding “Hallelujah” with me?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for creating all I see and experience each day … for my good and Your glory.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to recognize all we experience being created by You, Lord, for Your glory.      Amen
