My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author -  Tom Felton … AT THIS LINK  -    related a true story of a fisherman who survived for three weeks on raw fish and rainwater in his damaged catamaran.   But, … he was discovered and saved by another Mexican fishing boat.  And for finding and saving him, the weather-beaten fisherman said, “To the captain and fishing company that saved my life, I’m just so grateful!” 

Like the beleaguered fisherman in the ODB story, I’m sure grateful to God for relentlessly and patiently pursuing me and saving me in spite of myself; … and then giving me the keys to God’s kingdom.  What about you?  Are you as convicted with gratitude, as Brandon Lake sings in the linked song; …  and from God’s truth in the attached Scriptures, … to live out our lives with hearts of thankfulness and gratitude … EVERY DAY?        

                                                                    

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, …I’m so grateful that I’m looking for ways to express my gratitude, Lord.  

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me today, … to do what we can to thank you, Lord, for all that you’ve done for me, … mosts especially for saving me from myself.      … Amen
