My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Patricia Raybon …  USE THS LINK     … told of a  Sunday School teacher, Peter Turchi, taking the theme of “a map telling a story” to teach his class about the truth in the Bible from Matthew 2 about The Magi traveling over 900 miles from the eastern world to seek after Jesus, The King of the Jews, and finding the Christ child in Bethlehem and worshipping Him there.

That true story illustrates what should be the mission of each of us who seek to find and know The Savior.  All we need to do is follow “the star” of God’s truth, … His word, … and if/when we do, His promise is that we will find Our Lord and follow Him all the way to His glory.  Personally, following God’s word here everyday, … that is my search … to know My King Jesus more each day.  … How about you; … are you with me?!

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You …Lord, … for giving me Your word to follow after You.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … we seek after You again today and on to tomorrow.    … Amen
