My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Marvin Williams …  USE THIS LINK   ... related how an artist was commissioned by a large university to paint portraits of ten individuals the school felt were the most important to the school’s success, … maintenance, groundskeepers, food service workers.   And the results of showing the portraits had positive effects well beyond the work these employees’ work, like helping to quell racial unrest.

And if my readers have used the links above to take in the ODB entry today, the linked song, and meditate on the Scriptures shared above, I, for one, pray that we all see that God has called us to give our all in serving Christ, Who gave His all, to serve you and me.  Are we really doing all we can to serve our Lord?

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You for using me some small way to serve You.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for using what we can give to serve You.  …  Amen
