My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Leslie Koh …  USE THIS LINK   tells of following a guide who was leading her group thru a long trek through freezing/rainy weather in Nepal. But faithfully following their guide, the group were led to see vistas and wondrous sights they couldn’t have imagined when they started their journey.

And the ODB author’s story illustrates what Abram encountered; and taking in the Scriptures above, we see that when God calls us to follow Him, we have to go in faith, following the Lord, just as Abram did, and just as Jesus calls all His disciple to do.  Personally, I’ve been on that journey of life for over 45 years as a disciple of Christ; and it’s well worth following and trusting our Lord all the way to His glory.  Are you with Him; … really, …  all the way?

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, again today I say thank You for showing me the way to follow You in faith.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for calling and leading us to Your glorious home.  …  Amen
