My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Leslie Koh …  USE THIS LINK   tells of a man who had been jobless for some months receiving word of a job availability; but Ethan, the man, was counseled by his wife to reject the nighttime job because it would take him away from being able to go to church.  Deciding against taking that job, some months later Ethan found a daytime job which would allow him and his family to attend church on Sundays.  

Sometimes we have to be led in life by following Christ as our King.  And if my readers have taken in the  linked song, the ODB entry for today, and the Scriptures shared above, I think you’ll agree with me that we, as followers of Jesus as King, must be willing to take His road as our Lord and Savior.   Are you we following Jesus as our King?
