My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Jennifer Benson Schuldt … USE THIS LINK writes of an inner-city church having trouble with getting delivery workers to put packages INSIDE the church door to avoid “porch pirates” stealing the deliveries. So, they developed a system and told the delivery workers that they could come into the church with the packages and receive some refreshments and snacks.
And in the real world, that’s how the goodness of God is shared with others as is described in the Scriptures linked above. And if my readers have taken in the linked song and mediated on the Scripture shared today, I would speculate that all of us could do more to share the goodness of God today with others, … don’tcha think?
My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, again today I say thank You for sharing Your goodness with me every day through Your word (see photo).
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for sharing Your goodness with us on that Cross, dying to give us Your saving grace. … Amen
