My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author, Katara Patton  AT THIS LINK  -   ells of the ODB Author’s young children playing a children’s board game called “Chutes and Ladders” (see photo) … with occasional groans of agony and shouts of joy when the game would with punish or reward the players as they learned numbers by playing the game.

     

And as we - God’s children - play this game we we call LIFE, … we cheer with the “ups” and groan inside with the “downs” as we move up and down the board. which is our lives.   And I’m stopping here to pray that all who read with me here today, realize, and take heart with the encouragement from God’s word in the song and scriptures inked for all of us above.  Because God Himself, thru His word (above) shows us that HE will give us HIS strength to handle all the ups and downs on this board-game we encounter in life.       

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for taking me up and down the this board-game of life with Your strength/      

My Prayer Today:  Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will join me to pray to You, Lord, as You lead us up and down this board-game of life and as we follow Your rules all the way to Your victorious glory. .     …  Amen
