My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from an undesignated author … USE THIS LINK writes about an apparent friend, Michele, who experience mixed emotions as she awaited the impending death of her father, who expressed grief at missing out on walking down the aisle at Michele’s wedding. But Michele, sharing faith in Christ as Lord and Savior, told her dad of the eternal glory of the home he was headed to in Heaven.
As I write this personal journal entry today, I’m 82 years old and I suffer from a number of painful and limiting physical maladies. Perhaps many of my readers can identify with similar challenges. But if you share with me what is described for born-again believers in Christ, we all await the glory of what Christ will bring to us as we share His heavenly home in glory. Personally, I’m looking forward to it! How about you?
