My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Kenneth Peterson… AT THIS LINK …   relates a heart warming story of a baby born with an eye condition which created severe blurry vision.  But when the baby was fitted with special glasses, she reacted with a glorious smile when she saw her mother clearly for the first time (see photo).          

The story, of course, illustrates what we Christians, … who see the world thru the blurry glasses of our sin nature, need to be fitted with Spirit-given glasses by our trust and faith in Jesus - allowing us to see and follow our Lord more clearly. 

And if we take in and share belief in the truth of the linked song and Scriptures above, we should, … by using God’s word, ,,, see our Lord more clearly and gladly follow Him in life rather than blindly grope our way thru the fog of our own distorted vision.                   

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving me the clear vision from Your word to be able to see and follow You more clearly.                   

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to use God’s word as our Spiritual “glasses” to see You more clearly, Lord, and follow You more dearly in life.  … Amen
