My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread Author , Bill Crowder -  AT THIS LINK -   writes about a prediction made by a well-known physicist, John W Mauchly, in 1962 who stated a prediction … “There is no reason to suppose the average boy or girl cannot be master of a personal computer.” And  Mauchly’s prediction would have been seen as outlandish at the time; but we see young people using powerful computers, even hand-held devices, everyday to organize their lives and search for information.

But there was a prediction far more important for mankind made centuries before the birth we celebrate today, … i.e., the birth of the Savior of mankind.  And the prophets of old, documented in the Scriptures cited above, told of a Coming Messiah, Who would be born in Bethlehem and Who would become the King of kings and Lord of Lords.  I’ll be celebrating today the birth of my Lord and Savior; … how about you?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for being born to Mary to save me - and all who believe in You, Jesus, as our Messiah.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me, … to celebrate Your birth, King Jesus, which was foretold long ago as the birth of our Messiah.  … Amen
