My Devotional Journal: Today’s  Our Daily Bread  Author, Patricia Raybon -  AT THIS LINK  -  reports about Kyle Speller,  the Chaplain for the Dallas Nuggets NBA basketball team, who is also known as the team’s on-court commentator, who is known for his enthusiastic voice; but who commented about what he does as the team chaplain, saying  “just doing everything for an audience of One,” …meaning that he was there, even as the on-court voice of the Dallas team, to serve the Lord. 

Kyle Speller is a good example of what God’s word calls all Christians to become, i.e.,  enthusiastic servants of the Lord, first an foremost in our lives.  (See scriptures above)b  So, what can we do today to be a more effective servant of You, … King Jesus?.       

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving Your enabling grace, Lord, to serve You today.      

My Prayer Today:  Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will join me to serve our King Jesus …  today and tomorrow.    …  Amen
