My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Katara Patton …  USE THIS LINK    … wrote about being involved in an unemployment workshop at a young age and being taught that the lives of those at the workshop had so much more value than whether they (we) were employed or not.   

And if my readers today have taken in the ODB entry, and especially the truth from the Scriptures shared above, I’m sure y’all would join me to realize that we can ONLY get our true satisfaction and contentment in our lives through our faith in Christ and following Him as did those, like Abraham in the OT and The Apostle Paul in the NT, all of whom sought to follow God in their lives.   That’s where I’m headed!   How about you?

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You …Lord, … for calling me to satisfaction in life by following You.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, for showing us all how to be satisfied and contented in life.   … Amen
