My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author, Arthur Jackson  -  AT THIS LINK  -   writes about why it’s so important to protect the health of our hearts which beat over 100,000 daily to pump the blood needed for us to live healthy lives.  And the ODB author poses the question as to what we are doing to protect our hearts from living unhealthy lives.    

And that’s what Steve Green sings about in the linked song and what God’s word teaches in the Scriptures provided above.   So, as you, my readers today, take in God’s wisdom, I’m challenged to do all I can to protect the health of my heart and to walk down God’s healthy path to life eternal.   How about you? 

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for showing me how to protect my heart and follow You.         

My Prayer Today:  Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will join me to do all we can to guard and protect our hearts from any unhealthy influences.  .   … Amen
