My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author, James Banks-  AT THIS LINK  -uses a  true story of a wife, whose husband was incarcerated for killing their child in a time of severe mental illness, and the wife visiting and showing God’s forgiving and unfailing love for her husband.  And during the incarceration, God did a miraculous healing of the husband’s mental illness allow the couple to remain as the wife stayed faithful to her husband.    

The ODB story today is an illustration of God’s amazing grace and unfailing love; and I’m praying that all my readers here today have experienced that love which comes with our Lord’s forgiveness and His willingness to be with those who faithfully have surrendered to follow our Lord in this life.   And after you all have taken in today’s linked song and meditated on the Scriptures shared above, let’s all languish in God’s love for us as His children and our eternally  forgiving friend.        

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, …for loving me in spite of my very human selfishness.               

My Prayer Today:  Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will join me to praise or God today - and ALWAyS -  for Your wonderful and forgiving love and Your saving grace, Lord.    … Amen
