My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Kenneth Petersen  … AT THIS LINK     … relates the true story of a grieving father who found his lifeless daughter’s hand under the rubble of a horrible earthquake in Turkey in 2023.  And the attached photo captured his grief, as he held her hand (see photo), which the ODB author felt illustrated the grief of our Heavenly Father who grieves the sins of any of His people who are willing to reach out and receive our Lord’s forgiveness and saving grace.    

I don’t know about you, my dear fellow Christian reader; but I’m one who believes the Scriptures shared above; and I reach out to confess and repent of my sin, … believing and receiving God’s saving and sanctifying grace.   How about you?   Our Lord has grieved our sin and He will cleanse us of our sin if we’re willing to repent and receive His cleansing and saving grace.  Reach out with me today.    

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … for providing me with Your saving and sanctifying grace today.
