My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Dave Brandon …  USE THIS LINK         told about a teenager, named Claire, who engaged a slightly older man, who towered over Claire in size, … sharing her faith with the man who finally, after going back-and-forth with their ideas, declared to Claire, “You got me. I can’t argue with what you’re saying.”

Claire, in this story, was just doing what all Christians are called to do in their (our) lives; and that is to be ready to share God’s good news of salvation for those who have faith in God’s finished work on the cross to save mankind.  And the ODB entry, linked above, challenges me to be ready if I have such an opportunity today.   How about you?

My Thanksgiving:… Oh, King Jesus, thank You …Lord, … for calling me to be Your witness today … or any day.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for giving us Your enabling grace to share Your goodness with others in this world.   … Amen
