My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread entry at this link , author Jasmine Goh … tells of a young man who was raised by an earthly father whom he later learned wanted his son aborted and raised his son with an attitude of disdain and unfair strictness. So, later in life when the young man became a Christian, he had trouble accepting the truth (expressed in the Scriptures cited above) that God, our Heavenly Father, loves him and all who believe in Jesus’ finished work on the cross.
