… God’s revelation, thru the Apostle John, of Jesus coming again for His Bride (i.e., the Church)

My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread Author, Cindy Hess Kasper  -  AT THIS LINK  relates a personal and true story about Paul, a friend of the  ODB author, who was getting ready for a service technician to come to his home to repair Paul’s refrigerator, when Paul received a text saying, “Jesus is on his way and is expected to arrive at approximately 11:35 a.m.”  The name of the expected repairman was, of course, “Jesus;” but the note very likely reminded Paul of the biblical reminder and exhortation of the return of the Lord when we least expect His return.

As any fellow Christian reading with me here today, I pray we’re all living up to the Boy Scout motto to “BE PREPARED,”… because we may not know when our Lord, as God’s Bridegroom, is coming again for His Bride (i.e., The Church). … However, we do know (see God’s word above) that Jesus is coming back.  It could be tomorrow!  Are we ready?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving me Your Spirit to help me prepare for Your coming again.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praying today that those who read with me here will join me today to prepare for Your coming again, Lord.   … Amen
