My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread  Author, Adam Holz -  AT THIS LINK  -    told of the creator of the digital “LIKE” or “Thumbs up” emoji in 2009 (See photo),  the digital artist regretting how he may have contributed to some becoming addicted to many social media platforms, like Facebook.

And it is the case that mankind has within our hearts a God-shaped “love-hole” that can only be filled by our love for God as Messiah, … as the Lord Who first loved us.  The question from taking in today’s linked song, and meditating on God’s word above, is whether we have filled our “love-hole” with a surrendered love of God or are we seeking to fill that hole in our hearts with self-love or an addiction to seeking love - or bing “LIKED” - by others in this world?

How are you filling up your “LOVE HOLE” today, my friend?  Do you feel “liked” and loved by our Lord? I sure do; and I pray you do too!

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for loving me, a sinner, who really loves You, Lord.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me today, …to show our thanks and praise, Lord, for Your eternal love.            … Amen
