My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Katara Patton - AT THIS LINK - relates a modern-day trend of the younger generation often having to help their elders with the rapid development of technology.
Are any of my readers today like me, an octogenarian, who - at times - need a granddaughter (or younger person) to help me find my way in using my iMac or my cell phone? Well that’s what the story of Boaz lauding Ruth in the Bible book by her name teaches. And we older folks should, like Boaz did, bless those younger folks, who reach out with a Christlike attitude, as brought out in the scriptures shared above, to do we can - generation to generation - to help each other navigate our way thru the complex technological world.
Personally, I can use a lot of help (see photo). How about you?
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for providing those who reach out and help this old dude?
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying today that those who read with me here will join me to receive Your enabling grace, Lord, thru the help of others. … Amen
