My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, David H Roper, AT THIS LINK  disciples a younger Christian to see see that a legacy of love, as Nichole Nordeman sings in the linked song, matters greatly in God’s scheme of life. 

That’s what God - thru Moses commanded His people in the highlight passage and in Deut. 6:5-7 and it’s what Jesus charged His disciples to do just before He went to the cross [John 13:34-35].  And that is what we should do, as Christ followers, to build a legacy of love as we live out our lives toward experiencing God’s eternal love in heaven. 

So, inspired by the love shown by God in the Scriptures above, especially Psalm 90, what can we do today to share God’s love and forge that legacy we are building for God’s glory in this life? 

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for giving me a heart to build a legacy of love by the way I live my life for Your glory. 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray, Lord, that all reading here will join me to do whatever it takes to build up a legacy of Christlikeness by sharing His love with others today.  … Amen
