My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author -  Kirsten Holmberg … AT THIS LINK  -   tells of an Indiana school teacher who encouraged her grade-school students to write notes of encouragement to each other, which were ultimately sent to students in a school far away, who experienced a tragedy, and needed encouragement to overcome their times of trouble.  

And the ODB entry today taught of Paul’s use of the Greek word “parakaleo” in the Highlight passage, … which was like someone giving a child a push on a swing (see photo), … coming alongside someone and giving them a push to help those who need the strength we get from Christ.   I need a good push today; … how about you?  

Take in the linked song and meditate on the Scriptures, provided above; and let God’s Spirit give you a needed push on this swing we call life.
