My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Jennifer Benson Schuldt … AT THIS LINK    … relates the story of her husband, and fellow men in their church, planning to go to Africa; but cancelling the plans after further study, using the planned mission funds to help build a building to house victims of abuse.   The story clearly illustrated that God’s plans are often different …  and ALWAYS better … than the plans for His church (people).   

Often, … nay, ALWAYS, … we need to be sure that our planning is in alignment with God’s plans and especially His word; because His ways are always better than ours. That’s why I pray that we Christians ALWAYS use God’s “GPS,” i.e, His word, … which is God’s perfect roadmap for our lives.  That’s why I’m here, … today, … opening up God’s word, to guide that my plans for today to be in accord with God’s plans.   Are you with me?                        

          

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … for giving me Your road map for my ways to follow You thru Your word.

My Prayer Today: Oh, Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. … again today, … that all reading here will join me, … to seek and follow Your plans, Lord, again today. … Amen
