My Devotional Journal:  Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Katara Patton  … AT THIS LINK    … tells about famous New Orleans chef, Leah Chase, during he civil rights movement who opened her restaurant to feed those who marched in New Orleans for the rights of all, declaring,  “I was just feeding people. They were fighting for something, and they didn’t know what they would find when they went out there. They didn’t know what would happen to them on the streets. But when they were here, they knew I’d feed them. That’s what I could do for them.”

And that’s the humility and kindness which Tim McGraw sings about in the linked song and what God’s word, … shared above, … calls from all who believe in and follow Christ as (our) Lord and Savior.  Personally, i could do more of that; … how about you?
