My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Karen Huang …  USE THIS LINK         this morning’s ODB author relates a personal story of her mother taking her father to Switzerland, a lifelong dream of his, during a time when he was dealing with increasing signs of dementia.  And during the trip, the ODB author reported that her mother saw joy in her father’s eyes, even though at times he didn’t know were he was.  

And that report from the ODB author’s mother reminded me of God’s promises to all born-again Christians in God’s word, shared in the Scriptures above, of where God is leading us to be with Him FOREVER.   I, for one look forward to that day.  How about you? 

My Thanksgiving:… Oh, King Jesus, thank You …Lord, … for reminding and assuring me of the glory which lies ahead.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for holding Your glory for those of us who believe and follow You.   … Amen
