My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Bill Crowder … AT THIS LINK … shows that an impala, who can leap over seven feet the air (see photo) will not jump over a three foot fence in a zoo if it cannot see where it will land.
And the ODB author shows readers that we’ humans are all that way too, fearful and not wanting to go into the unknown. But the linked song and the Scriptures above show us that we, who really believe that Jesus is our Lord and our Messiah, must trust and believe that our King Jesus will - in reality - take those of us who believe on Him as our Lord to be with Him in heaven forever.
And no matter what we face in life, we Christians must leap to follow our Lord no matter how high the fences of life seem to us.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … your promise to take me Home to be with You forever.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to trust and obey You, Lord, no matter what fences we encounter in life. … Amen
