My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Xochitl Dixon … AT THIS LINK … tells of being on vacation and walking along a beach and seeing a section roped off to protect sea turtle hatchlings (see photo) and the author realizing that this conforms to our mandate from God’s word and command for mankind to be stewards of His creation.
And if you’ve taken in the song to which I’ve linked my readers and meditated on the Scriptures above, I think you will - as I was - be duly convicted that mankind - to a great degree - has become what Paul wrote about in Romans 1 above. We have begun to worship idols and the creation rather than worshipping the Creator, who created all we see for our good and His glory.
So, … what can we do today - and tomorrow - to be better stewards of God’s creation?
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for calling me - and all my brothers/sisters in Christ - to be better stewards of Your Creation.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to do as You, Lord, have commanded … to be good stewards of Your creation. … Amen
