My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Leslis Koh … AT THIS LINK …   tells of a friend, Janice, who was asked to take a promotion at her work but felt unqualified and inexperienced to take the position.  But after reading in the Bible about God calling Abram, Janice, feeling that God was calling her to take the promotion, decided to obey God’s call and take the job.             

Years ago I can remember feeling God’s call to retire from three decades as a doctor in healthcare … to go - in faith - to lead a ministry to help men walk free from sinful addictions; … and tho feeling unqualified, … I did just that.  And having faithfully done what Don Moen sings in the linked song and the reference Scriptures above call believers to do, I pray that all reading with me have a “trust and obey” attitude to follow Jesus wherever He calls us to go.                             

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … calling me to “go” for Your glory.  

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to follow You, Lord, wherever You lead us.     .… Amen
