My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Tom Felton… AT THIS LINK …   tells of a young new Christian,  named Jose, visiting his brother’s church, wearing a t-shirt which revealed many tattoos from his past sinful life.  But the Pastor, noting his embarrassment, opened his own shirt to reveal a large tattoo, making Jose feel welcome.        

And if my readers have taken in the linked song and the Scriptures above, I hope you all have experienced the cleansing grace of our Lord, … Who can - and will - make clean the heart of anyone who comes to God with a repentant spirit; .. just as the LORD did for King David when God cleansed David’s heart from his pst sins (see Psalms 51 and 32).  

I am one who very personally has experienced the heart cleansing promised by God in Lam 3:22-23 and 1John 1:9.  I pray you have too.  But it’s never too late to receive God’s mercy and grace and be cleansed of past sins when we come to God with a spirit of confession and genuine repentance.                                                      

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for cleansing my heart, Lord.      

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to receive Your cleansing and redeeming grace, Lord,.      …  Amen               .
