… God gives Adam a warning of death that would come of he ate from only one tree - the tree of knowledge. .

My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Tom Felton… AT THIS LINK …  tells of a skater in the 2022 olympics who was revealed to have taken a banned substance prior to the olympics; and the pressure of the revelation causing her to fall several times, not allowing her to win (see photo) … even though she was heavily favored.   

And the point of the illustration is that disobedience to the rules of life, … especially those which come from God, … will cause us to fall in life, just as it did Adam and Even in the Garden of Eve and anyone who walks away from God’s clear commandments in HIs word (see Scriptures above).  

So, how’re we doing today as we Christians claim to be following our Lord in this life?  I’m praying we all know, and are obedient, as we surrender to follow God’s will and His ways from His word!   

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for showing me the way to go in life by following Your word.  

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to seek to follow God’s commandments thru Your word, Lord, again today.  … AMEN
