My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread< author, James Banks … AT THIS LINK …  tells of Jonathan Edwards, an 18th century preacher who was reported to preach in monotonous voice, reading from his sermon notes due to the preacher’s nearsightedness. Yet Jonathan Edwards was used by God to spark the fires of the First Great Awakening in the United States, where thousands were saved.

And if my readers have taken in the linked song and the Scriptures God gave me to share today, … I’m praying that we all see that we must follow God’s ways, no matter how surprising they may be to our minds, so that our God can - AND WILL - lead us to follow HIs will and His plans … all the way - GOD”S WAY - to glory.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for leading me out of myself and onto Your road to glory, Lord.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to follow You, Lord, wherever You lead us.   … Amen
