My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Patricia Raybon … AT THIS LINK …  tells of she and her husband, trying to find their way out the dimly lit hallways of a hospital to see the exit light at the front door; and their being helped to find that light by a person who knew the right way to find the exit.     

Walking in darkness can - and often will - create confusion, frustration, and fear.  Therefore,  God’s assurance of His light leading us out of the darkness of this world by trusting and following His word as our light gives us hope from God’s assurance..  And I pray we all trust and know that following Christ’s light will lead us out of the growing darkness of this world and into the light of His glory … as our Lord leads us all the way home to be with Him.  That’s why you find me here, each morning, seeking His light, … thru His word; and then trusting to let Him lead me to His glory.  How about you; … are you walking in His light today?   

 

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for leading me out of this world’s darkness by shining Your light on my path thru Your word.                                     

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me, … to follow the light of Your truth, Lord, which leads us out of the darkness of this world.  … Amen
