My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread Author, Bill Crowder  -  AT THIS LINK  shared about the ODB author’s uncle, Emory, who, at his passing, was recognized and honored by many for his service in WW2 as a corpsman and by family/friends for his compassionate service to others.

And if my readers have taken in linked song and meditated on the Scripture above, I pray you are convicted, as am I,  to be doing more to serve and help others going forward; … and to do more to take on the attitude of Christ as did our Lord, Who showed His disciples what it’s like to be like a slave by washing their feet (again - see photo).  Are you asking yourself, as I am right now, … whose feet can I wash today; … or rather more realistically , … whom can I serve today to honor our Lord?

My THANKFULNESS:... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for calling me to serve You by helping someone today.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praying today that those who read with me here will join us today to serve You, Lord, by serving someone that You bring into our lives who needs Your help.     … Amen
