My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Alyson Kieda  … AT THIS LINK       … Tells of a missionary, named Elliott, who really took the Apostle Paul’s teaching in 2nd Timothy seriously where The Apostle Paul called for Timothy - and really all Christians - to be willing to suffer - and even die - to share the good news of Christ with others, even tho doing so was banned in the country where Elliott was serving the Lord.

The challenge and question which arises from today’s linked song and the ODB entry is … are we willing to be COMPLETELY committed to share Christ with others - even if that means suffering - or even dying - in that process.   I think I am; … but what about you?

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … giving me Your enabling grace to serve Your call for me to be Your ambassador in this world.

 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praise You, … again today, Lord. … for going forth - no turning back -  to share Your Good News with others. … Amen
