My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Tim Gustafson, AT THIS LINK … relates a memory of being in Ghana and seeing a woman with no fingers, from leprosy (see photo), begging and then having to go outside the city to sleep at night.
And the ODB author’s story shows that many in our world are excluded because of various traits or conditions, … which Jesus ignored when He went to the cross to save ANY and ALL who would believe in His blood and who are willing to declare Jesus to be LORD. As Steve Green sings (in the linked song) and the Scriptures above attest … EVERYONE needs the Lord! … And we should do all we can as saved Christians - even today - to make sure all we know or all we have the opportunity to share, would know of Jesus’ amazing … saving … grace.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, …for bringing me from outside Your walls to be part of Your family.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to invite all we know to share in Your saving grace, dear Lord. … Amen
