Highlight Passage: … John 14:2 [NLT] …

There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?

… Jesus’ promise to His fearful disciples (and to us) that He would prepare a place in Heaven for any/all born-again believers.

Highlight Passage (Context): … John 14:1-6 [NLT] …  USE THIS LINK …

… Jesus, tho telling His Disciples in the upper room that He was to die and leave them, promises them (and us) that He would make a way for them to be with Him in glory.

===============                                                                     .

Reference Passage: … Proverbs 3:5-6 [NLT] … USE THIS LINK …

… God’s promises, thru Solomon, that God will show the way, … HIS WAY, … when we REALLY trust in Him to lead us.

Reference Passage: … John 3:16 [NLT] …

16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

… Jesus tells Nicodemus (and all who believe in Christ as Messiah) that God gave His only Son to provide a way to glory for anyone who believes in Him as the Son of God.

Reference Passage: … John 20:30-31 [NLT] … USE THIS LINK …

… John’s entire Gospel was written so that God can show faithful believers that Jesus was the only way to heaven and believing in Him provides Christians with eternal life.

Reference Passage: … Romans 10:9-13 [NLT] …  USE THIS LINK …

… Paul confidently assures fellow Christians how anyone who believes and declares Jesus to be THE LORD will be saved and given eternal life.

Reference Passage: … 1John 5:11-14 [NLT] …  USE THIS LINK …

… John writes to Christians to give them (and us) assurance that Jesus was (and IS) the Son of God, … giving all who believe in Him as Messiah eternal life.

My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, Karen Holmberg… AT THIS LINK   writes of how British bird lovers, trying to preserve the nesting grounds of Sand Martins, who were losing their beach nesting places to commercial development, built protected sand dwellings for the birds (See photo) for the birds to nest when they returned each year from migration.

And that’s sorta of a cool picture in nature of what Jesus promised His 12 disciples in that upper room, the night The Lord had told the 12 He would be leaving them; … BUT, … promising them to provide them a way - thru their faith in Him - to have an eternal home with Him in heaven.  And that’s His promise to you and me as well, isn’t it?

And if you’ve taken in the linked song - (repeated from yesterday’s blog) - and believe, as I do, in God’s truth in the Scriptures above, all who believe in Jesus as our Lord - and that’s you and me too - will have eternal life and be with our Lord in the eternal home He has waiting for us in Heaven.  So, why don’t we start living as if we believe in this truth?!!

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for making a place for me to be with Your, Lord, forever.

My Prayer Today> Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to live our lives with the faith that You, Lord, have made a place of us to be with You in heaven.        Amen
