The Apostle Paul calls on fellow Christians to put on the character traits of Christlikeness, given to born-again believers as fruits of

My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread  Author, James Banks -  AT THIS LINK -  tells how the servant who dressed Queen Elizabeth for the last two decades of her reign had the same shoe size as the Queen and would walk in her new shoes (see photo) for miles to break them in and make them more comfortable for the Queen to stand at various ceremonies.

And that, … to me, … is a life picture of what God’s word (see Scriptures above) calls us Christians to do; … and that is to humbly walk in the shoes of Christ as long, and as necessary, to be able to follow Him and lead others to Him.  So, we ask ourselves today: … Am I really waking in HIs shoes by waking in the shoes of others today?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for calling me to walk with others in the shoes of our Lord.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me, … to walk in Your shoes, Lord, … by walking in the shoes of others today.     Amen
