My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author, Dave  Brannon  -  AT THIS LINK  -  told of he and his wife cycling together on various trails near their home for exercise; and taking various safety precautions in case they ran into troubles as they cycled together.  

And these pro-active precautions reminded the ODB author of Paul’s warnings to fellow Christians to put on God’s full armor (see photo and highlight passage) as we battle our Spiritual enemies daily.  And I’m praying today that all of us do all we can to be proactive in our battles, relying on God’s/protection and strength, which He will provide for us as the Scriptures above promise. That’s why I’m here right now, preparing for my day ahead, knowing that I need God’s strength when I will face trials or troubles in life.  Are you prepared to do battle today?  

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving me Your strength and armament as I do battle for Your glory.          

My Prayer Today:  Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will join me to use Your armament, Lord, as we do battle in Your name and for Your glory.  .   … Amen
