My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author, Karen Huang  -  AT THIS LINK  -  relates a story about Mila, a baking assistant who worked for an unjust supervisor, who wrongfully accused Mila of poor work and docked her pay; but Mila prayed persistently to God to be delivered from the supervisor and finally her boss was fired.   

It was a life illustration of what is brought out in the ODB entry today as well as from the linked song and the Scriptures shared above.  And I pray that we all will persistently pray that God hold us to support us in good and praying that our Lord hears our prayers, especially when we call for Him to deliver us from trying circumstances.  Will you join me to pray for us to be delivered from darkness into the light of Christ today?                                

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for bringing us from the darkness of this world into the light of Your glory.                       

My Prayer Today:  Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... .Again, I’m praying that those who read with me here will join me to pray for You to lead us to Your glory, Lord.        … Amen
