My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from James Banks …  USE THIS LINK    told about a lovely scarlet begonia plant growing on the steps of their front porch which apparently took root some years before the ODB author and his wife moved in.  But they report tending to and keeping the plant as a reminder of perseverance of faith as we live out our lives. 

Personally, i needed that faith reminder today.   I’ve been dealing with some physical challenges as I run the race of life.   And I needed to be reminded that if I KEEP ON KEEPING ON in faith, … God will give me His strength to finish my race.   Are you with me?   

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You … for giving me Your strength to run my race.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for helping us to finish our race of life for Your glory… Amen
