My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Leslie Koh… USE THIS LINK related a story of a friend named, Elise, who was in a panic to make her publishers deadline for a book layout the next day. But her husband encouraged Elise to take her concerns to God, who, like He did with Nehemiah (see Highlight scriptures above). And in doing that, with Elise’s effort and expertise, the deadline was able to be met.
Right now, … I’m dealing with some physical challenges which seem overwhelming. But the linked song and the Scriptures from God’s word, which come from today’s ODB entry led me to seek out and study, led me to realize that what I need to do is take all my concerns to my all-powerful and all-knowing God, Who cares for me, and wants to help me like He did with Nehemiah. Perhaps you have such a challenge in your life. Join me, (as in the photo); … let’s take it to God.
My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You … for being there for me, Lord, just as You were for Nehemiah.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, … for ALWAYS being there when we come to You for help. … Amen
