My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Amy Boucher Pye -  AT THIS LINK  -   writes about Kathryn, a bible translator, who revels of being people come to Christ and change their lives forever thru the reading of God’s word in their own language and to see their reactions, often with great joy and even applause.   

Years ago a mentor helped my new faith grow by getting to know God more intimately thru reading and studying God’s word.  And it is my prayer today that all who read with here today have developed, or are developing,  a discipline of delving into God’s truth, thru His word, to know and grow in God’s grace.                                                                          

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for helping me to grow to know You, Lord, thru Your word.   

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me today, … to get to know You, Lord, more intimately thru Your word.     … Amen
