The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. What a fool you [King ASA] have been! From now on you will be at war.”

God searches the whole earth to find and strengthen those who’re faithfully committed to follow Him.

My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread Author, Mike Wittmer  -  AT THIS LINK  -  uses the movie story of Rock Balboa (see photo), in the movie Rocky 3, where Rocky was failing in his training and discipline, but ultimately trying to regain his strength and competitive edge, … illustrating how Christian believers need to all we can to maintain our faith and strength, but to ALWAYS rely and trust that we get our strength and solid footing in life from God no matter what we may face in life.

And I can think of a number of times in my life when I tried to take on too much - on my own - when God’s empowering and enabling grace was there to pick me up and give me HIS strength when I waned in my faith.   What about you, … my readers?  Are you in a place now where you need to stand on the rock of faith in our Lord?  if so, take in the linked song and meditate on the Scriptures above, and join me in seeking God’s grace as we do all we can to follow God’s leading as we go thru life’s trials and troubles.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving me Your enabling grace when I am feeling weak … like TODAY!

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me today, … to seek and lean on Your strength, Lord, when we’re feeling weak … like maybe today.       … Amen
