My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Tim Gustafson -  AT THIS LINK  -   wrote about French Marshal Ferdinand Foch, at the conference in Paris in 1945, where the peace was signed, ending WW1, where he declared, pessimistically, “This is not peace. It is an armistice for twenty years.” And history, 20 years later, proved Foch tragically accurate as Europe once again fell into WW2.   

My fellow readers, … i.e., those who declare to follow Christ; …  are we really - FAITHFULLY - showing our faith and love of the Lord, by following our Lord wherever He declares to be leading us, …  which, of course, is toward our eternal home in heaven?  Oh, … how I pray that is where we’re going today … and then again tomorrow.                                                                         

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, …for showing me - and all who faithfully follow You - the direction to our eternal home to be with You in glory. 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me today, … to follow You, Lord, as You lead us upward on that challenging road to Heaven.     … Amen
