My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Tim Gustafson … AT THIS LINK … Tells of a remarkable sculpture by Sabin Howard. which is 10X58 feet of remarkable bronze work (see attached photo), depicting a soldier leaving his family for battle in WW1 with only his helmet returned to his wife, … who looks into the helmet and sees WW2 coming. And the soldier’s horror in war, which is sculpted by the artist, depicts the worst of humanity in the results of war.
And today’s ODB entry, shows that we, who believe in God, must place our trust and protection in he Lord as the Scriptures shared above attest. Today, … on this Memorial Day, … I’m trusting in God to provide me with HIS strength and protection for the battles I will encounter. How about you?
