My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author,  Alyson Kieda … AT THIS LINK       … told of a young woman, named Leisa, who stood in front of a section in the audience, reserved for the deaf, using her skill in deaf-sign language,  to interpret the dialog and lyrics from a moving musical - Pilgrim, The Musical- which was based on Paul Bunyan’s book, Pilgrim’s Progress.  And Leisa felt blessed to be able to bring the powerful Christian production to a group of people who otherwise would not be able to share in the glorious truth shared by the production.   

And Leisa is a great example of how God gives us - thru His Spirit - very special gifts and talents which, according to the Scriptures shared above, as well as the links song, God gives to ALL CHRISTIANS, as special gifts from God, to use - in and thru His Church - to glorify God.   I have two gifts, teaching and encouragement, that I use day-by-day prayerfully for God’s glory in a special ministry to disciple Christin men.  What gifts are you using for God’s glory today … and tomorrow?     

My Thanksgiving:… Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … for for the gifts You have given to me to serve and glorify You every day, Lord  

 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praise You, … again Lord. …for giving us Your gifting and talents to use for Your glory today.  … Amen
