My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Patricia Raybon  … AT THIS LINK         … wrote about a friend, a fellow Christian author,, named Gayle, who used to receive nice, bur frilly, gifts from her publisher, … like chocolates or boxes of herbal teas.  But over time the publisher sent Gayle more meaningful, Christians oriented gifts, like Bible devotionals or journal books, which Gayle used and grew in her faith and as a more dedicated Christian author.    

I got the message from this ODB entry, the linked song, and the Scriptures uncovered and shared above!   We Christians need to dedicate our lives to becoming more like Christ.  And that’s why you find me here - every morning - using Our Dally Bread… and God’s word … to do what Zach Williams sings in the linked song - and that is to become less like Bill Berry and more like my Lord, JESUS.   Are you with me?  

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … for showing me how to become more like You, Lord, … every day, … thru Your word.
