July 28, 2016: Our “BFF”

My Journal for Today:  … Our Daily Bread author, Joe Stowell, taught today on the ultimate “BFF” … Jesus, our “best friend forever.” In a very personal way, Stowell wrote of advice from his dad … One of the pieces of wisdom I have come to appreciate is my dad’s often-repeated statement, “Joe, good friends are one of life’s greatest treasures.” … How true! … With good friends, you are never alone. They’re attentive to your needs and gladly share life’s joys and burdens. 

And fellow Christian, do you know and have recognized Whom we have as our eternal “BFF.” It’s none other than our Lord and Savior, … KING JESUS!
