My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author,  Amy Boucher Pie … AT THIS LINK       … related a true story of a father, whose daughter, Hannah, had gone into a coma due to a brain bleed.  And the father related how his family prayed for months for Hannah to wake up and recover, being inspired by the story about persistent prayer in Matthew 18 (see the Highlight Passage).  And the family was finally lifted up by Hannah’s awakening and her recovery.    

If my readers today have taken in the linked song and meditated on the Scriptures shared in my blog today, i hope we all are all lifted up … and bolstered in faith … to pray - and keep praying - when we are confronted with temptations, trials, or tribulations in life.  It’s simply what Matthew West sings in the linked song, isn’t it?  We just keep praying !!!       

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … for calling for my faithful prayers with Your promise to hear me.
